Name: Catherine "Cat" Crawfield
Age: 28
Gender: Female
Hometown: St. Helens, England
Job Applied for: CSI
Physical Description: Cat stands at 5'7 and a half, without heels on, so she can look extremely intimidating at times. Her brown eyes are often emotionless, unless something seems to really be bothering her. Her long brown hair is slightly wavy and reaches to her lower back. At work, she always wears a business suit, but at home or anywhere else, she'll wear anything and everything.
Personality: Cat's external personality, while at work, is what some people would call harsh. She cares deeply for her co-workers, but hides the fact by being firm with what she says, and even a little bit cold about it. She wouldn't be surprised if she was called a bitch around the office. She doesn't share anything personal with anyone, unless it was absolutely necessary. Otherwise, she would talk business and nothing else. She always drinks coffee at work, and will not be in a good mood without it. Though, no one can ever tell if she was in a good mood or not.
Outside the work compound, Cat's quiet and sweet, ironic for work people to see. She's a bit on the shy side and she'll want to help other people in any way possible. She's a little emotional, and she's courageous enough to show it to some people. Despite her shy nature, she is well-known for speaking out on what she believes in and will not hesitate to tell you you're wrong. It's almost like a switch, and if desired, she'll leave people alone.
Bio: Cat was born the only child to Justina Craeger in England, and was always treated fairly by her mother. Her father ran off when she was three, but she kept the last name. She claimed it was to remind her never to trust men, and that she would never even give them a shot. Her mother used to cry every night, and it would keep Cat up every single time. It hurt her to see her mother like that, and so always wanted to take care of her. When she was in high school, they always spent time together and Cat had told her that she wanted to be an English teacher. When she graduated out of high school at age seventeen, she got emancipated and moved to the United States.
It was only a couple of months of being in school when Cat got the phone call that her mother had been killed. No one knew why, and it tore her up inside when she went back to England for the funeral. It was then that she decided to change her major to be a Crime Scene Investigator. She studied hard and finally made it. She had her badge, and her credentials. She moved to Boston from Atlanta, GA, and settled in. Cat took a while to find a job, but eventually she got one. Now, she is ready for pretty much anything; her resume looks good, considering every job she had ever had she quit from. She just hoped she could make her mother proud.
RP Sample: (From Twilight: Equinox)
Krysta wandered around the store, aimlessly. Really she was thinking of what had happened with Isaac. She hadn't been able to find him anywhere, and it made her feel sad. She had cried many times as he was gone. Though, she should have expected him to leave. It was a lot to take in.
Krysta grabbed a pillow and tossed it in the air once, catching it swiftly. Why couldn't her life be smooth? Throughout her 200 years of life, there had always been at least one obstacle. Thank God she hadn't run into her Father. He still thought her dead and she planned to keep it that way. She had always looked out for the familiar brown head.
Krysta sighed, not sure what to do. She wiped the tears again and dropped the pillow. This time, she didn't even look around as she walked home, looking like a normal human being with a black jacket.
